Lily Van Halen is a dedicated and intuitive massage therapist located in Mount Dora, Florida Lily is known for her holistic, client-centered approach to healing and wellness. With a strong foundation in therapeutic bodywork and advanced training in specialized modalities, Lily blends science, intuition, and experience to help clients restore balance, reduce pain, and reconnect with their bodies.
Lily’s practice integrates a wide range of skills and massage techniques to Include: sweedish massage, trigger point massage, mayofascial release, the Graston technique, modern cupping, manual lymph drainage, pre and post surgical massage, intra-oral massage, and warm bamboo fusion techniques. All of these massage techniques and skills are relaxation-focused and target corrective body work.
In addition Lily has extensive experience in MLD lymphatic drainage massage, providing gentle yet effective treatments that support immune function, reduce inflammation, and aid clients recovering from illness, surgery, or chronic conditions. Her precise understanding of the lymphatic system allows her to tailor sessions for optimal detoxification and healing.
Lily also has significant experience working with post-operative clients, particularly individuals referred by plastic surgeons. She provides customized lymphatic and recovery-focused treatments to help reduce swelling, minimize scar tissue, accelerate healing, and support clients throughout their post-surgical journey. Her compassionate care and technical expertise have made her a trusted partner to both clients and medical professionals.
